We should, working with the relevant authorities look to identify safe loca tions within the community that we could conduct the speed watch and make provision in our financial planning this would be a proactive use of resources with the aim of educating drivers to slow down. Two members attended via Zoom along with one member of the public (Robin Griffiths). One member of the public attended the meeting in person(ingram)
Declaration of InterestCllr Bowen prepared the Financial reports. Cllr Elwyn Williams declared an interest in the payment to the handyman and did not participate in that element of the vote.
3. Chair's Announcements• Most of the Chair’s time has been used to cover the role of the clerk and the process of recruiting a new clerk.
4. Public QuestionsA member of the public asked about the road crossing at the Range. After discussion it was decided the council would write to CCC sharing the concerns expressed.

Current work expected to be completed by Thursday. Confirmed that electrical work to be completed before the 27th November in time for carol service. 12) Park inspection report: Reported that it is unclear as to why no monthly parkinspection reports have been received. It was questioned if monthly reports were required. Chair will follow up and report back to the November meeting. 13) Repair of bench on footpath by Pobl bach: Town council will undertake the work in January 2025. Cllr Graham Slade agreed to put a hazard/warning sign on bench. 14) Traffic issues Pensarn: Concern expressed that there had been no response from Police or CCC. Still awaiting for confirmation from CCC relating to emergency exit next to Charlies. 15) Flood risk Pensarn: No response from CCC relating to Pensarn flooding enquiry. Chair noted that CCC now has a new flooding alert system. 16. Agree ICO Registration @£40Agreed, all in favour
