Minutes of Monthly Meeting of Llangunnor Community Council held remotely at 6.30pm on Thursday 21 April 2022
PRESENT: Councillor Elwyn Williams (Chair), Geraint Bevan, Paul Totterdale, Sandra Thomas, Jennifer Slate and Charlie Evans>
APOLOGIES: Councillor Steven Richards and Heather Lewis (No apology received drom either)
Also present Howard Davies (Clerk) and one members of the public present Robin Griffiths

It was moved by Cllr and seconded by Cllr (minute ) and RESOLVED to approve as a correct record the minutes of the monthly Council meeting and Planning Committee held on 2020
. Matters Arising 6. The Park / Environment Committee . Web Committee . Committee 8. County Councillor ReportCllr Elwyn Williams had nothing to report, as County Hall was gearing up for the forthcoming Community and County Council Elections scheduled to take place on the 5th of May.
9. Reports from Members Representing Council on other BodiesRiverside Association - Cllr Paul Totterdale advised that the next meeting of the Riverside Festival Committee would take place on the 5th of May and confirmed that the festival would take place this year on Saturday 11th June between 2pm and 6.30pm
One Voice Wales - Cllr Charlie Evans advised that he had only been able to attend the latter part of the recent One Voice Wales meeting and would send a quick summary once the minutes had been received.
School Governors - Cllr Sandra Thomas advised that the Governing Body of Llangunnor School had met on the 30th of March, however the Finance Committee had been unable to meet as budgets for the forthcoming year had not been received. Cllr Williams advised that he had been unable to attend this meeting due to prior commitments and had tendered his apologies

. Approve the Schedule of AccountsIt was Resolved (minute ) proposed Cllr and seconded Cllr (unanimous) that the accounts submitted be approved.

Following discussion it was unanimously agreed to combine the AGM and May monthly meeting into one and will take place remotely on the 19th May at 6.30pm. (Minute 0422-14)
