Llangunnor Parish Council - Notice of Meeting

A meeting of the above council will be held at the Login Schoolroom on Saturday the 29th day of April 1916 at 7.30pm

To appoint Chairman
To appoint Vice Chairman
To appoint Clerk and Treasurer
To appoint two Overseers
And any other business

A meeting was held at the Login Schoolroom on Saturday the 29th day of April at 7.30pm

Mr Thomas Walters proposed that Mr Lewis Rogers be appointed Chairman for the ensuing year Mr Thomas Richards seconded. Carried

Proposed by Rev George Evans and seconded by Mr David Evans that Mr Benjamin Griffiths be appointed Vice Chairman. Carried

Proposed by Mr John Morris and seconded by Mr John Price that the Clerk and Treasurer be reappointed. Carried

It was proposed by Mr Thomas Walters and seconded by Mr Benjamin Griffiths that the two overseers be reappointed viz Mr Thomas Griffiths for the lower division and Mr Benjamin Edwards for the upper division. Carried

Mr Lewis Rogers (Chairman), Rev George Evans, Mr Thomas Walters, Mr Thomas Richards, Mr John Morris, Mr John Price, Mr David Evans, Mr Benjamin Griffiths and the Clerk Daniel Rees.
