"All that part of Llangunnor civil parish which lies on the south west side of the turnpike road leading from Carmarthen Towy bridge to the middle Pibir bridge (otherwise Pontyddbach) and on the north side of the river Pibir from said Pibir bridge to its junction with the River Towy."
